This explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is short because there is not much to it.
We never sell your information, and we never pass it on for anything other than the two purposes set out below.
Who is responsible
Swift Capital is responsible for the information collected through this website. Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London E1W 9US. Company number 01403543.
The Conscious Marketing Group runs this website for Swift Capital and can see the same information.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. Your name, telephone number and email address, along with whatever you choose to tell us about the property: the address and postcode, your message, and any photograph or document you attach. Nothing is sent until you press Submit. The form is delivered to Swift Capital by a service called Web3Forms.
If you accept cookies. Three things, all of them about measuring how well the website and our advertising are working:
- Google Analytics counts visits and which pages people read.
- Microsoft Clarity records how people move around the page, so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type into the enquiry form is hidden from those recordings.
- Google Ads tells us which of our adverts led to an enquiry, so we stop paying for the ones that do not work.
Which advert brought you here. If you arrive by scanning a QR code in a newspaper, or by clicking one of our adverts, the web address carries a short tag saying which advert it was. We read that tag so we know which newspapers and adverts are worth the money. If you accept cookies we also remember it while you look around the site, so it is still attached if you send an enquiry later in your visit. If you do not accept, we do not remember it.
If you reject cookies, none of those run at all. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of the home page.
Why we use it
Two things only:
- So that Swift Capital can call you back about your enquiry
- To understand how this website and our advertising are performing, so that we can improve them
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your details deleted sooner, just ask and we will do it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us free on 0800 035 0202 or email enquiries@swiftcapital.co.uk and we will sort it out.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
