The information needed

If available, a video walk through and/or photographs would be helpful to assist in formulating our best offer. As soon as you’ve shared the information, we’ll invest time looking into the value of the property.

We don’t necessarily need to visit the property to do this – we use databases of similar properties sold and our own software to desk top immediately the property’s value today.

Our offer

We will talk through your timing needs, when you need the funds, any related problems to resolve and answer any questions you may have and confirm our offer.

If necessary, in respect of any problem or complex property, our in-house, MRICS qualified surveyors/valuers will appraise the property. Based on their feedback (and legal team if needed). We will then confirm our offer.

Accepting our offer

Once you accept our offer we will confirm the offer in writing and instruct solicitors to proceed immediately with the purchase. If needed exchange of contracts can be achieved within 48 hours. This is subject to your solicitor having all the property information and documents to hand.

At this stage you will need to instruct a solicitor to act for you. We can suggest without obligation an independent solicitor if you don’t already have one.
